Blackbird is currently offered as a pre-order. Placing a pre-order reserves a unit from our first production run. Your order is a commitment to purchase, subject to the conditions on this page, including successful completion of FCC equipment authorization.
Estimated shipping is Q4 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We will notify you of your order status by email and will ship as soon as units are produced and legally authorized for sale.
The Blackbird device is subject to FCC rules. It cannot be delivered to customers until it has completed the FCC equipment authorization process. If authorization is not obtained, your payment will be refunded in full. FCC rules do not address consumer protection, contractual, or other rights you may have.
Blackbird is a GPS-based device that alerts drivers to the location of mapped surveillance and enforcement cameras. Blackbird does not detect, receive, or interfere with police radar, laser, or any law-enforcement signal. It is an informational tool that compares your GPS position against a database of known camera locations. It contains no radar or laser receiver of any kind.
You are responsible for using Blackbird in compliance with all laws in your jurisdiction, including laws governing windshield-mounted devices and driver attention. You agree not to resell, reverse-engineer, or copy the device software or database.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Blackbird is provided as an informational aid only. We are not responsible for traffic citations, accidents, or any consequences arising from use of the device. You remain fully responsible for safe and lawful driving at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these terms as our product and business develop. Material changes will be posted on this page.
